High Performance Advocates was founded by Ruth Schwartz in 2006 in the historic gold rush area of Nevada County, California. High Performance Advocates works with small and mid-sized businesses and associations in the Sierra Foothills with business coaching, systems development, management skills and business owner peer advisory boards.

We specialize in training, coaching, consulting, and speaking to business owners, managers and employees in many industries including: Manufacturing, Wholesale and Retail Sales, and Service industries.

As of December 2007, High Performance Advocates teamed up with The Alternative Board in Denver, CO. as a certified coach and facilitator of peer advisory boards.

High Performance Advocates also partnered with 360 Solutions, Inc in Waco TX in 2006 as a licensed employee development trainer and strategic business assessment and planning facilitator.

High Performance Advocates is a member of the National Speaker Association, The Nevada County Chamber of Commerce, Le Tip International, and Toastmasters International.
