Ruth Schwartz knows a lot about running a small business. She has run a publishing company, a mail order company, a syndicated radio program and spent 23 years operating her own $10 million wholesale distribution business.
Unlike other consultants, Ruth is the only facilitator and business coach in the Sierra Foothills that has grown her own multi-million business from infancy to maturity, and knows first- hand the fortitude that it takes.
Ruth is a certified coach and facilitator for The Alternative Board (TAB), owns the management development and marketing company High Performance Advocates. She has lived in the Nevada County area for sixteen years and has been holding management workshops for the last few years
with the Nevada County Contractor’s Association (NCCA) , Grass Valley Chamber of Commerce, and the Economic Resource Council. She has worked with the Nevada County Bar Association. And she produces a monthly business column in The Nevada City Advocate.
Ruth is active with her membership Early Riser’s Toastmasters, Grass Valley LeTip, She has presented to four local Rotary, clubs, two Chambers of Commerce, and the Nevada County Leadership Institute. She is also a fully licensed facilitator of 360 Solutions high performance development programs.
