The saying “Every successful person has a coach” is so widespread in the business world that it’s hard to determine where it came from. It begs the question, though:

Business Coaching is meant to keep you focused on strategic thinking and planning – and to keep you accountable to those plans.

Some of the questions a business coach might ask you are:
What is it that stops you, as a business owner, from accomplishing your goals and being overwhelmed? How can you distill all your thoughts into clearly-defined action steps that you can actually accomplish? (And then, as a leader, how you can you help others do the same?)

As a business owner you are a rare individual. You are unlike many of your friends, associates, and family members because you are willing to take the risks that come with venturing alone into the stormy seas of business (with only your entrepreneur-ship to keep you afloat! ) And chances are, you are passionately driven toward your vision of success.

You may think about your business all of the time. (Perhaps even to the point of distraction.) You know what you want but you may not know how to get there. Or, you may know exactly how to get there, but you wonder how you will ever find the time, money, knowledge (fill in the blank) to have the life and business that you are sure is just around the corner.

If you are typical, the lessons of business never end. They just get more interesting. What happens when your to-do list or goals list gets too long? Do you just flip to page 2 and keep adding to it?
