What do I get?

High Performance Advocates coaching sessions are 60-90 minutes in length. They occur preferably face-to-face but can also be accommodated on the phone. The session is driven by the client–whether you are working on goal-setting and action plans, developing organizational systems, training yourself or an employee, or putting out a fire or looking for motivation. Your coach is prepared to move you forward and is flexible enough to allow you to choose how to make the best use of your time.

Each session includes:

• Review of previous action steps
• Review of changes for you and your business
• Creation of your agenda – new actions and commitments you will assign yourself
• Accountability measures to help keep you balanced and on-track.

What do you get with Your TAB Board?

A monthly, four hour meeting hosted by board members during which you will catch up with each other, break bread and with a trained facilitator do the following:

• An hour of business education designed with your group in mind.
• Present your opportunity or challenge and get feedback from your peers.
• Listen to others’ challenges and offer your expertise.
• Gain solidarity and comradarie.

We have programs for Emerging Entrepreneurs that are more education focused at lower costs.

We have programs for Strategic Business Leadership Coaching without board membership.
