Strategic Business Planning Workshop

Yesterday was part one of a two part workshop to create strategic plans that can be easily implemented by businesses in Nevada County. Members of this group say that they appreciated the time spent looking at the big picture and stepping out of the day to day activities of their business.

We are using highly dynamic software developed by The Alternative Board to help businesses of any size  have a versatile process for management and any number of project teams. Not only will SBL’s  set of exercises help lay the ground work for great planning, it also has the ability to delegate to  planning teams assigned to strategies and action steps.  You can then keep track by email, layers of access and the web. It is truly phenomenal. And comes with the price of TAB membership… or workshops like these.

There is still one more sitting if you are curious. Click here to sign up.
