Yesterday I had a meeting of one Alternative Board. An Alternative Board is a facilitated peer to peer advisory board or a CEO round table. (If you aren’t sure about what this is click here.) At this particular meeting only women attended.
I have noticed that at many recent business I’ve attended, it is predominantly women attending. I am not sure why. But I am seeing an interest in a women’s only business peer advisory group. In fact, this group is considering being only women.
Question: If this Alternative Board becomes only women, would you be more or less interested in joining such a group?
Gender aside, let me know if I can answer any further questions for you about The Alternative Board.
