My year started with a craving for more learning.
I have made two exciting commitments that I plan to share with you.
The first is that I started the Tribal Leadership Intensive.
I find Dave Logan and his tribe at Culturesync to be closely aligned with my thoughts about leadership.
I’ve already gained these take aways:
1) Communicating your Vision is NOT Tribal Leadership. Listening to your tribe members is.
2) No matter how much you try to shift your team, if you aren’t speaking to the tribe, you lose.
