I have finally found the time to create my top 10 thoughts about last week’s workshop, “Regain Your Sanity. Time Management for Business Owners.”

Reflections

#1: Over 30 people told me by survey, that they wanted to attend a live Time Management Workshop. Only 7 found the time to do so.

#2: The  seven women that signed up are some of the most saavy, and inspirational women I now know.

#3 People, these people at least, are hungry for deeper ways to discuss the role that overwhelm plays in our lives.

#4 Prezi is a really cool tool for projecting images and kicks Power Point’s – proverbial- butt.

#5 Prezi can make you dizzy when you go backwards really fast.

#4  We need to become fully engaged in our lives physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

#5 We will run ourselves to the point of exhaustion without as much a thought about how that is not a good way to be productive.

#6 Most of us are completely distracted by unimportant communications.

#7 Most of us are completely distracted by being busy rather than working on important projects and big picture strategies.

#8 We don’t eat, sleep, exercise or renew well.

#9 Everyone needs to read [amazon_link id=”0743226755″ target=”_blank” ]The Power of Full Engagement: Managing Energy, Not Time, Is the Key to High Performance and Personal Renewal[/amazon_link]The Power of Full Engagement: Managing Energy, Not Time, Is the Key to High Performance and Personal Renewal[amazon_image id=”0743226755″ link=”true” target=”_blank” size=”medium” ]The Power of Full Engagement: Managing Energy, Not Time, Is the Key to High Performance and Personal Renewal[/amazon_image]

#10 I’m glad I did the workshop. I’m tackling some big projects myself.
