Think you need to do everything? Wrong. Doing everything will keep you locked in the Golden Handcuffs. Stop doing everything & learn to ask for help.
Julie is a stubborn lady. She is a smart and successful labor attorney and her busy office runs with machine-like efficiency. She loves her business, the law, and can’t imagine ever retiring. She travels extensively following her favorite musician Neil Diamond. Life is good. Except she works 60 hours per week and she’s tired A LOT.
You already know that my first prescription to release the golden handcuffs is to STOP knowing everything and ask great questions. And for Julie, she will need to create new healthful rituals other than work (more on that in my next posts) but first she has been prescribed a new habit: she needs to stop doing everything and ask for help.
What happened when Julie asked for help?
Here is a quiz:
What do you do when______________________
you are not sure what to do?
you are not sure how to get it done?
there is too much on your plate?
Answer: Ask for help.

I need your help!
I’m planning a webinar in the next couple of weeks. If you were to attend:
- What would be your most powerful outcome from the webinar?
- What might you enjoy hearing me discuss?
- What questions might I be able to answer for you?
- Are you tired of wearing the golden handcuffs?
Please leave me your comments or questions below. And if you’d be so kind, please fill out the survey answering the questions.
