The Power of Positive Deviance: How Unlikely Innovators Solve the World’s Toughest Problems by Richard Pascale, Jerry Sternin, Monique Sternin

Pretty cool. Will share. Especially the part about leaders shooting their feet by making change top down. Love it.

Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter by Liz Wiseman, Greg Mckeown

Amazing leadership tome. Promises to change your thinking.

Make The Noise Go Away: The Power Of An Effective Second-In-Command by Larry G. Linne

I read it. I gave it to a few people. I read it again. I gave it to a few more people. It is becoming a niche answer that Linne has put his finger on. If you are or want an executive assistant or a general manager, this is a must.

Ownership Thinking: How to End Entitlement and Create a Culture of Accountability, Purpose, and Profit by Brad Hams

While Hams distances himself from open book management, this is one and the same. A great program to implement. I’m thinking deeply about that entitlement issue….

The Senior Cohousing Handbook, 2nd Edition: A Community Approach to Independent Living (Senior Cohousing Handbook: A Community Approach to Independent) by Charles Durrett

I should have told you about this one before. A must for anyone retiring or if you know anyone retiring. It is being reinvented and that is a good thing.

Be Excellent at Anything by Tony Schwartz, Jean Gomes, Catherine McCarthy

Like “The Power of Full Engagement” on steroids… I can’t get enough. Time management is passe. Energy management is amazing.

The Millionaire Messenger: Make a Difference and a Fortune Sharing Your Advice by Brendon Burchard
